Hi, I’m Karen.
A WARM WELCOME

Sound healing that feels human.
I'm a secondary school teacher and wellbeing guide who knows how loud life can become. I create relaxed, down-to-earth sound experiences where you can get comfortable, switch off for a while and simply be yourself.

What is a sound bath?
More than something you hear.
Sound can feel spacious, textured and surprisingly physical.
You lie down, get comfortable and listen as layers of sound move through the room. There is nothing to perform and no right way to feel. Some people become deeply relaxed; others simply enjoy an hour away from the usual noise.
