To make the most of your experience, please wear warm comfy clothes, and bring along:

·2 blankets
·2 cushions/pillows

This is a truly calming and relaxing experience. I will play a selection of instruments including Himalayan bowls, a chau gong, crystal bowls and percussion to help you rest and reset. If possible, bring a yoga mat, 2 blankets, 2 cushions and some water. An eye mask would be good too if you have one. I would also recommend warm and comfy clothing to make the most out of the experience.
