A welcoming, pay-as-you-feel sound bath at Hackenthorpe Community Centre. Lie down, get comfortable and enjoy the soothing sounds of bowls, gong and chimes. Beginners are very welcome.

About the event
Take a little time out of your Thursday evening at Karen’s community relaxation sound bath. You’ll lie down and listen to soothing sounds from instruments including crystal bowls, gong and chimes. It’s a gentle introduction if you’re curious about sound baths, feeling overwhelmed or simply fancy trying something new.
Please bring a yoga mat, two blankets, a cushion and warm clothing so you can get cosy. The session is pay as you feel.
