MEET KAREN
Sound healing that feels genuinely human.
Warm, grounded sound healing from a secondary school teacher and wellbeing guide who believes care should feel human - not complicated.

HELLO
MY STORY
It started with the feeling that life had become very loud.
Curiosity led me to sound healing. What I found was a way to slow down, listen inwardly and make space for some deep personal healing.
I've spent 26 years teaching in secondary schools, specialising in PSHE and wellbeing. I care deeply about helping people feel seen and supported, but I also know what burnout looks like - both from my own experience and from watching it affect colleagues, parents and young people.
Sound healing brought together so much of what matters to me: care, creativity, learning and genuine human connection. Now I create welcoming experiences where you can lie down, soften the pace and have a little time that belongs only to you.
Away from the gong, I'm usually walking in the Peak District, practising yoga, running, planning another adventure or cuddling my dog - often with my husband somewhere nearby.
